Every Zivelle necklace is handwoven by hand, so we want you to love yours. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't as described, we'll put it right, no fuss.

Just email us at zivelle.co@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort a replacement or refund straight away.

Because each piece is made by hand, small differences in the beads and flowers are natural, and part of what makes your little meadow one of a kind.
